Take a Second to Breathe
Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, take a second right now to breathe.
We’re all doing fantastic as humans and after the busyness of the holiday season, all of us deserve a moment to ourselves.
Now is not the right time to be critical of ourselves and waste any energy on negativity.
Most of us have our new year resolutions written down and well on its way. But in a culture thriving on achievements and opportunities as substitute for peace and happiness, we all deserve a second of our day just to breathe.
I hope everyone takes more time to breathe and relax and appreciate ourselves for what we have done rather than what we haven’t done.
Positive mantras and affirmations are a great way to allow positivity back in our lives and to put to rest any doubts, fears, or negativity.
Time isn’t racing against us so much as we constantly try to race against time.
I think if we all collectively took a second to appreciate and cultivate more gratitude for what we do have and how far we have come, we will appreciate the journey so much more.
