Daily Intentions 2025

 


As winter 2025 drags on (I literally mean drag - I can't wait for the Spring and Summer already!) - I have found it especially helpful to set daily intentions.

Below are some of my daily intentions:

1. Hydrate plenty
2. Write in my gratitude journal
3. 1 hour of healthy exercise
4. Spend time with my dogs
5. Work on each of my goals

It's important to keep yourself on track and it's easy to lose sight or focus on what matters to you. I hope you all set some healthy daily intentions and this works for you!
